Gue saja sibuk2 kan diri join volunteer Dubai cares di DIFC jumaat lepas. Niat nak datang juga the next day tapi tak berkesempatan pula. Actually program ni di adakan untuk merealisasikan bantuan Dubai Cares untuk menghantar barang2 untuk kanak2 di Gaza. Alhamdulillah sambutan sangat memberangsangkan. Setiba gue di kawasan Emperor Hall DIFC, sampai ke luar dewan pelbagai bangsa beratur nak mendaftar diri sebagai sukarelawan.
Tugasan yang di beri ialah membuat kotak, unpack and pack barang2 tu satu2. Ada sabun mandi, tooth paste & brush, selimut, alat tulis etc. Sengaja gue bawa Alif dan Mirza sama, I am helping them to become responsible citizen and people by show care towards others.Gue quote dari kata2 Martin Luther King Jr. “Intelligence is not enough. Well, I respect your view. Different people have different opinion; different people pay attention to different things; different people apply different criteria for making decisions. It’s a free world.
I think most people want to live in peace and children should not have to be the innocent victims of wars. Like Eglantyne Jebb, founder of Save the Children fund said, “All wars, just or unjust, are waged against the child.”
I feel sorry for them; children not on Palestinians side but Israelis as well.
