WHY did you leave your JOB ?

Sopan reasons ?:

I found myself bored with the work.

I realized it was a mistake joining the company and decided that is not the direction I want to go in my career; the company has NO opportunities in the direction I would like to head.

I am interested in a job with more responsibility, looking for a bigger challenge and an opportunity to use my technical skills and experience in a different capacity than I have in the past; the company is not a stable company which can provide me with room for growth and opportunity for advancement.

I am an excellent employee (according to my referee la > hahaha… perasanzzz), I did not want my unhappiness to have any impact on the job I was doing for the company.

Another few issues listed but I chose to keep it with me.

I left everyone and everything related to the company. Although the Jordanian Sr. PM was sooo good to me bla..bla..bla.. I don’t want to get confused anymore; I chose not to be a loyal staff to the company and or boss. It’s not worth it!

It took me more than a month to make a decision, I give more than a month to the management to fix the problems, I tried to stay motivated but it made me more tired!

I never submit my resignation letter to the company; according to the UAE Labor Law, I have a right to abandon my work without notice because the company has failed to honor his obligations towards me. I highlighted to the Project Director regarding this issue in my letter to him sometimes in early May 09 and I never receive any reply from him.

To the Sr. PM, I wrote an email to him, I informed him that I regret my employment was end like this. It was not my mistake.

Pasal secret lagi

Cerita pasal secret lagi...

Pernah tak balik dari outing dengan kawan2, bercerita pada other half pasal rahsia si A tu, di akhir cerita rahsia tu other half kita kata, "Eh, I dah tau la pasal ni tapi bukan dari A la, dari B".

Apa korang rasa?

Bukan sekali dua tapi beberapa kali juga gue kena macam ini. Nampak sangat gue ni "kepochi" TAPI my other half OJ tu memang suka berahsia dengan gue kannn..

Mencih tau!

Secret...

Biasa tak bila seseorang datang ke kita dan beritahu kita dia ada rahsia nak diceritakan dan sebelum dia cerita rahsia dia, dia minta kita berjanji jangan beritahu sesiapa?


It happened to me and I asked myself, IF it is secret, then why should you tell other people (me) ? Why not you keep it yourself so that it remains secret?

Why you must tell me and then you want me to keep it as secret? Oh, I am sorry. I am not so good, I am a “kepochi” type, I can keep my own secret but when it comes to other people’s secret, I do not have strength to keep it as secret. Believe me.

I can say I have NO secret with OJ. Whatever I know about A, whatever I heard about B, whatever status C, OJ must know it.

Moral of the story, don’t tell me your secret because on whatever reason, I will make sure OJ know your secret.

Bolehkan macam ni. Hehehe...

In my favourite spot

Sejak akhir2 ini, kerap juga gue singgah ke favourite spot ni. "I need some space", gue cakap pada OJ and lucky me he understand.

Sejak akhir2 ini, kesabaran gue nak melayan karenah orang2 di pejabat semakin menipis. Semangat gue bekerja semakin hampir lupus, kat paras2 markah gagal je gamaknya.

Sejak akhir2 ini, gue terasa terbeban pula bila ada teman yang calling2 dan bercerita tentang masalah dia. Oh maaf kawan, bukan gue tak mahu membantu tapi gue tak berada dalam situasi yang membolehkan gue menjadi pendengar yang setia.

Sejak akhir2 ini, gue rasakan gue harus tetap dalam membuat keputusan. Masa semakin suntuk, sudah hampir ke persimpangan maka tetapkanlah hati membuat keputusan.

DAN sejak akhir2 ini, gue sedari bahawa di masa sebegini, tak semua teman di masa gembira mampu untuk bersama menemani di kala kita dalam kesukaran.
